Why don't they work for their freedom? (Not cycle) Why should they get all the luxuries under the sun when we have to pay for them??
I'd have them cleaning up the street's, parks, not to mention getting Graffiti off of walls, clearing up abandoned areas, making sheds, etc.... Stuff their "humanitarian rights" they commit a crime they should be willing to do the time.
This is kewl.. Cycling to generate power reduces. The prison overhead which in turn takes less of a burden on.. Who ever is maintaining it.. ( A valid work for freedom method)
