3D Floating Art


This is kinda kewl, I haven't seen anything like this before.

  5. Not really sure Cass. There was no introduction to the Gallery of pics I was looking at which they came from. Ive been looking through Google Images trying to find out ..Same as you, Im thinking that they would more than likely would be on display in a Gallery.

    There is something " theraputic" about Museums and Art Galleries!

  6. THIS IS GORGEOUS.. Still looking for some details re: the above art work Cass.

    The Kinetic sculpture at the BMW Museum in Munich is build with 714 suspended metal balls. The sculpture moves through a cycle of free abstractions and typical BMW vehicle forms.

  8. Howdy Mimi.. (sorry your having a bad week, I read your comment on Jens page)

    Not sure from your comment above if you thought that the clip was the same sculpture as the pics in the origional blog. .. they are actually different sculptures. Agrees with you though, something a bit different. Have been trying to find out where the sculptures in the pictures from the origional post are located geographically.

  9. welllllllll a wella well.... just saw the pics via email and before i came to your live-post i went tubing... and... and a annnnd a and... damn, i'm too late... ya beat me to it with the bmw museum vid... (karin and i went to many art museums in and around munich, but never got to that one... i'll send her the vid and see if she's yet been or might get to it)....

    and yes, am also curious as to where the other fine pics come from...
